Hello everyone!  I know it has been quite a while since I have updated you. 

A special thanks to all of you for the cards, prayers and kindness shown to my family and I following the passing of my father.  God was so good to us throughout his illness.  We had the opportunity to spend quality time with Dad before he passed.  God was merciful to him as well. As I Thessalonians 4:13 says "We sorrow not as those with no hope." I know that I will see him again.

I am excited about some upcoming concerts. 

The Joys will be singing with the Old Time Gospel Singers on Saturday, November 21st at Fellowship Baptist, 419 Glenrock Road, Norfolk, Virginia.  We'll be sharing a few Christmas songs as a preview to our upcoming Christmas concerts.  By the way, if you have an event and you'd like to book the Joys  please contact us. We still have a few available dates for our Christmas Concert Series.

We will be returning to Grace Community Church, 1725 Salem Road in Virginia Beach on Sunday, December 13th for their 10:00 a.m. service.  We always love worshipping with our friends at Grace.

On Sunday night, December, 6th at 6:00 p.m. the sanctuary choir of Virginia Beach Free Will Baptist Church will present The Name - Jesus. Vicki will be directing and the Joys are choir members.  We hope you can come worship with us!
